Your skin needs to be moisturized daily to withstand the aggressions of the weather. Your diet should supply your skin with all the water it needs and fruits and vegetables with a high water content, like these ones:

EXFOLIATE YOUR BODY

Body scrubs helps to exfoliate all dead skin before exposing yourself to the sun for the first time. Don't have scrub at home? Look at this easy recipe:

Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar - juice from 1/2 a fresh lemon - 1/4 cup coconut oil - lemon zest. 

In a bowl mix together the sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and coconut oil until thoroughly combined. Put into a container for use. If the sugar scrub is too runny, just add more sugar. Apply to the skin with circular movements and rinse with warm water.


 TAKE A COURSE OF VITAMINS AND ANTIOXIDANTS

 

Our lifestyle today is impacting our diet. A course of dietary supplements rich in vitamins and antioxidants will help to overcome these deficiencies. Antioxidants are also beneficial against signs of skin aging. And don’t forget to use sunscreen!

Try this easy homemade treatments.

 1.- Anti-Aging Cocoa Face Mask
 Ingredients 

1 tablespoon cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon sour Cream - 1 tablespoon honey - 1 egg white.

 Combine all the ingredients and apply to face and let dry before rinsing.

2.- Clarifying oat Face Mask
Ingredients

3 teaspoons ground oats - ¼ teaspoon apple cider - ¼ tablespoon lemon juice - ½ teaspoon brown sugar.

Combine the oats and the apple cider in a bowl until you see a smooth paste, Add the lemon and the brown sugar and stir until the mixture is even. Apply to cleansed skin and let sit for five to 10 minutes. Then rub in circular motions to exfoliate and increase blood-flow. Rinse off with warm water and pat dry with a towel.

3.- Brightening Blueberry Face Mask
 Ingredients

1 tablespoon crushed ripe blueberries - 1 tablespoon lemon juice - 1 tablespoon cucumber juice - 2 tablespoons baking soda - 2 tablespoons water.

Combine all the ingredients and spread onto face. Let sit for 15-0 minutes. Gently rinse with hands and warm water.
