What to do with your Halloween pumpkins left overs?

What to do with your Halloween pumpkins left overs?

Hello! long time away of writing here, but I am back :).

One of my greatest passions is cooking. Today I want to share with you an idea to use the pumpkins that we have left from Halloween, if they are still in good condition for your family, and enjoy their flavor and nutrientes. So here is my Smokey Pumping soup recipe.

 Ingredientes:

- 2 whole pumpkins peeled and without seeds

- 2 large onions peeled

- Half red sweet pepper

- 2 garlic cloves

- 1 small bag of beed bones (about 2 pounds)

- Olive oil

- Pepper, oregano, salt, dill, sweet pepper powder.

- Vegetable stock (optional)

- Whole cream (optional)

- Sesame seeds

- Parsley

In 1 or 2 big oven containers put the pumpkins in big pieces, add the onions, garlic, pepper and beef bones. Sprinkle with the species , salt and olive oil and cover with foil. If you want, add a little bit of vegetable stock.  Put the container (s) in the pre heated oven (350F) for 3 hours. Check it in between and ad water if necessary.

Take the container out and put everything (except the bones) in a blender. I love adding a splash of cream. Check the salt again and decore it with parsley, sesame seeds and a splash of olive oil. And enjoy!

I hope you like this recipe, if yes, leave a comment or tell me, what do you do with the Halloween Pumpkin left overs?
