Return and exchange policy
YouFeelPretty.com (YFP) accepts returns of unused items by mail within 14 days from the date of shipment.
Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.
The following items will NOT be accepted:
- Items purchased with a discount or during seasonal sale periods. These are final sale.
- Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything YFP reasonably believes has been used.
- Bodysuits, panties, Face Masks and swimsuits.
- Hosiery items if their package has been opened.
- Returns that do not comply with the YFP returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.
How to exchange an item
- Please note that we only offer size & color exchanges for full priced items. If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.
- Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items; you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.
How to return an item
- Returns are processed within 14 days. We don’t provide return labels.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method. Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.
- YFP reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
